Volunteers in Medicine of Monroe County has been awarded a special project grant through the Indiana State Department of Health.
The award amount is $37,500. We are extremely excited about the scope of this project. We are partnering with NoMoreClipboard, a company based in Fort Wayne, Indiana who operate a personal health record (PHR) of the same name, and HealthLINC, our local Health Information Exchange (HIE).
The 17 model health IT communities that are testing certain interventions for specific conditions and populations will be able to document and share their results through the Beacon Evidence and Innovation Network.
